Report of African-Americans Payton Richardson and Abner Johnson, in the mayor's court in Florence for fighting, the reason being that Johnson refused to give Payton a "chaw of tobacco," with the result that Payton insists he has to fight Johnson over it, and offers to pay any fines and court costs they may incur, which winds up being $10.
